About Me
I am a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Master Results Coach and Performance Consultant. And also hold certificates in Advanced Neurological Repatterning, Master Hypnosis and Ericksonian Hypnosis.
In addition I have trained with Results Coaching Systems which are one of the few coach-training providers in the UK to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the most rigorous independent professional body worldwide.
In the UK I am a member of the Association for Coaching and of the Global Organisation of Neurolinguistic Programming (GONLP & BBNLP). 
In practice I have been coaching for years, within a work setting. With my background in Human Resources in the City, I often helped my colleagues and managers in their everyday work and personal situations. The same rules applied: listening, asking relevant questions, encouraging people to reach their own solutions and maintaining strict confidentiality.
By keeping myself constantly up to date with the latest in the field of coaching, NLP and personal development I ensure I continue to learn and deliver increased value to my clients. I am an avid reader and attend as many seminars as I can - see my links and 'free stuff' pages for the best ones I have come across.
In recent years I studied and briefly practiced many different holistic therapies, I hold a Foundation Certificate in Complementary Health Therapies. My favourite energy therapy is Reiki which I still use on a regular basis. I am Reiki Master (Usui Reiki and Kundalini Reiki). My latest interest is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) which I am currently studying.
I am a strong believer in paying it forward and I give 10% of my income to charities, in particular to Penny On.
